Platform Permission

• Most mobile platforms such as iOS, Android, etc. (“Platform”) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. • Location Information: When you use the Services, We collect precise location data about the location of the vehicle/fuel tank from the Mobile Application used by the User. If you permit the Mobile Application to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile Platform, We may also collect the precise location of your device when the Mobile Application is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
• Call and SMS Data: Our Services facilitate communications between Users and Our delivery drivers (“Driver”). In connection with facilitating this service, We receive call data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message.

• With Drivers to enable them to provide the Services you request.

If you initially permit the collection of this information, you can later disable it by changing the location settings on your mobile device. However, this will limit your ability to use certain features of Our Services. Additionally, disabling Our app’s collection of precise location from your device will not limit Our ability to collect service location information from a Driver’s device nor Our ability to derive approximate location from your IP address.

  You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from Us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, We may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, about Services you have requested, or Our ongoing business relations.
• Geo-Location Terms
  The Services include and make use of certain functionality and services provided by third- parties that allow Us to include maps, geocoding, places and other content from Google or third-party vendors like Google, as part of the Services (the “Geo-Location Services”).   We currently provide the Services only in India. Destroying the Information

• We assure you to delete all your data shared with us for taking our services as and when so requested by you as per the applicable Laws.
• We assure to delete all your data within reasonable time on a written request from your end after deletion of your account from our app as per the applicable Laws.
